Beef and Baby Bella Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 12 oz. bag Mama Lucia Italian-Style Meatballs, mini size
  • 1 lb. baby bella mushrooms
  • 10.5 oz. can beef gravy
  • Finely shredded Parmesan cheese

Remove stems from mushrooms and place on shallow baking pan. Place a teaspoon of gravy and a meatball into each mushroom cap. Bake at 375° F for 20 minutes until heated through. Brush meatballs with additional gravy; top with shredded Parmesan.

Note: This can also be made with the Homestyle or Italian-Style Turkey meatballs.
