Pesto Poppers

  • 16 oz. bag Mama Lucia Turkey Meatballs, mini size
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1/4 c. prepared pesto
  • 3/4 c. dairy sour cream

Cook meatballs with olive oil and 1 Tbsp. pesto in skillet over medium heat until meatballs are warmed through. Meanwhile, combine remaining pesto with sour cream. Serve as a dipping sauce with meatballs.
